Permission-first guidance

Get clear on your next step

Clear, practical answers to help you take the next step. MyEVStation can guide you through likely site permissions, document preparation and coordination with relevant property representatives or electricity providers. Requirements vary by site, and final approval rests with the relevant decision-maker or authority.

Will MyEVStation help me get permission to install an EV charging station?

Yes. MyEVStation can guide you through the likely permission process, help identify whose consent may be needed, explain the documents and site details to prepare, and discuss coordination with the property owner, RWA or facility manager and relevant electricity provider or authority. Requirements vary by location and project, and final approval rests with the relevant decision-maker or authority.

What if I do not know which permissions or documents are required?

You do not need to figure it out alone. Share your location, property type, ownership or lease status and whether the site is a housing society, commercial property or private parking. We can help you understand likely permission steps and prepare a checklist for the relevant parties.

Can MyEVStation help a housing society or RWA?

Yes. We can guide the RWA, facility manager or resident through likely permission steps and the information to discuss with the society committee and electricity provider. The society and relevant authorities retain final approval.

Can I install a charging station without owning land?

Potentially. A host-site or partner-location model may work when the property owner agrees in writing and the site has suitable access, parking, electrical capacity and plausible demand. Commercial terms and responsibilities should be agreed before investment.

How much does an EV charging station cost?

Costs depend on charger type and quantity, cabling, civil work, electrical upgrades, metering, software, electricity, maintenance, rent and local requirements. Hardware price alone is not the total installed cost; request a site-specific written quotation.

How much can I earn from an EV charging station?

Revenue depends on actual charging sessions, energy sold, tariff, electricity cost, utilisation, fees, rent, maintenance and downtime. Calculator outputs are estimates, not guaranteed earnings. Review conservative and downside scenarios before committing.

How do I request a site assessment?

Share the city and locality, property type, parking availability, permission status, likely vehicle mix, nearby chargers and electrical-load information if known. MyEVStation can then discuss the information needed for a feasibility review.

Does MyEVStation guarantee approval, subsidy or return on investment?

No. Permissions, incentives, demand and returns depend on site-specific conditions and applicable rules. We can help you understand the process, but cannot guarantee decisions by authorities, property owners or future business performance.

Is MyEVStation an official Indian Air Force or Government of India project?

No. MyEVStation is an independent venture. The founders' prior service and professional experience do not imply official Indian Air Force or Government of India endorsement, approval or certification.

Still unsure about permissions?

Send us your city, property type and whether you own or lease the site. We’ll help you understand what information to prepare and who may need to be involved.
